It’s a tough job as we sift through a ton of high-quality tracks just to settle for just 5 so we switched it up so now we curating the Top 10 Submissions. Now that is what we call dedication, so sit back relax and get familiar with these acts.

Breana Raquel – “Q&A”

Rising singer Breana Raquel makes her debut on the top list with the video for her single “Q&A” The track is a sizzling r&b/pop fusion that showcases her unique songwriting and alluring vocal style.
“Q&A” is taken from her debut EP Beginners Love. Best known for her guest-star role on Criminal Minds, as well as her recurring role on CBS’ Seal Team, Breana Raquel is also an actress.

 

 

 

Bucky Dolla – “Like Dat”

Bucky Dolla keeps the energy high with his new vibrant single “Like Dat.” Backed by a solid backdrop from Virginia based producer Sergio Cortez, Bucky effortlessly showcases why he feels like “He’s The One” and why it’s the time people start taking notice. “Like Dat” is from his upcoming EP #StonedPicasso3. Jonquia Rose – “I Found Love”

Singer/songwriter Jonquia Rose shares the visuals for her single “I Found Love. ” backed by a smooth, groovy backdrop by DJ Self Born, the singer delivers a heartwarming performance as she details her new found love. Brimming with adulation, the record shows her honest unabashed sentiments when it comes to love. The visual was directed by Olskool Ice-Gre who keeps it simple as he focuses on the singer and her journey. “I Found Love” is taken from her Single mom EP

 

 

 

Nutty P ft Skripture & Say Nothing – “For the money”

Nutty P delivers the visuals for his hustler anthem “For the money” featuring Skripture and Say Nothing. The heavy hard-hitting beat only comes second to the fiery performances from the trio peppered with a memorable chorus to match. The video showcases the gritty backdrop of London’s concrete jungle.

Chung – “Liberace”

“Liberace,” is yet another cinematic piece by  Chung.  Backed by a smooth, soulful backdrop, she details how people who front like they want problems but in reality, they are not built to withstand the pressure. Chung sure is one to watch as she keeps delivering solid releases.

 

 

D-Pelt – “Süchtig 2.0”

German emcee D-Pelt makes his debut on our top ten list with his new track “Süchtig 2.0” which is a hard-hitting joint from the get-go. His previous foray was being a member of Hardcore Metal Bands and he brought the same energy on this track with its cinematic backdrop and fiery performance. He is also involved with Crew Life and runs his own Clothing Brand.

 

 

 

Stabby Organs – “Love Em’ And Go”

“Love Em’ And Go” is the newest single from Stabby Organs and serves as the 3rd single of his Digital Nomad EP. The Seth Bradley produced track is a piano-driven piece that shows Organs in his most introspective self as he delivers a melodic flow that details the realities of mixing travel and romance. far from being a sob story, he approaches the subject from an honest place and goes forth to make the necessary adjustments.

TITUS x Indyah Rashaud – “Can’t Knock The Struggle”

Titus Melvon Kirkland aka TITUS shares a poignant message on his new song “Can’t Knock The Struggle” which also sees the budding emcee teaming with singer Indyah Rashaud. Over a mellow, solemn soundscape, TITUS takes time to reflect on life from different viewpoints and how he tries to keep his head above water while many are drowning in the cesspool.

Chima Anya & SoulChef – “Always Be”

Chima Anya teams up with producer SoulChef on the soulful collaboration titled “Always Be”. The track has a feel-good vibe that dwells on the concept of eternity. Backed by a lush alluring beat by SoulChef, Anya delivers a profound outlook on life as it is. The setting of the visual is a wedding that serves as a metaphor of perhaps the last symbol of infinity in the modern world. We get to see the emcee as he does his thing as viewers witness martial bliss unfold.

Ray Pearson teams up with coolD to bring hip hop back on “Radio”. The track pays homage to the 90s with its retro-tinged production courtesy of Famine and solid lyricism from both emcees. They dwell on the good old days when real hip-hop was on the radio and make references to all the highlights of that era.

Produced by Famine the track goes against the modern-day hip-hop artist, brings us back the classic horn and aggressive beat which has your vibe to the flow of the track. Stream Radio Here

 

 

D.I.M – “Homage”

Brooklyn emcee D.I.M pays homage to the rappers that paid the way on his aptly titled track “Homage.” Backed by a solid boom-bap, head-nodding beat, he delivers a fiery performance peppered with dense lyrics and a dynamic flow to match. Far from the obvious tribute track, the way he uses the references are very specific and are mostly presented in double meanings from the very first line as he notes legendary emcees alongside their influential body of work. This is pretty solid from start to finish.

Dandila – “Nazareth”

Dandila shares his thoughts and takes off the weight on his new track “Nazareth.” Backed by a reflective, jazz-infused backdrop, he dives into things that have been on his minds such as life, death and all the things that happen in the mix of it. He adds that he wrote the song during a time of his life where he wondered if his life was stuck in the same place and not progressing. He puts these questions to rest on wax as he ponders on the past, present, and future.
