So in the same vein, this weekly list sheds light on budding and even established producers who continue to push the envelope for the culture. So sit back relax and get familiar with these producers.

Smyles – “Vast”

Emerging Maryland based producer Smyles opens up the playlist with a fusion of neo-soul and R&B. He makes use of smooth strings and lush keys over soft drum patterns to complete the job. He tells us via email that the song is about love and finding yourself through life’s struggle. Get it on Soundcloud.

 

 

 LIM0 – “Fresh Air”

Emerging LA-based producer LIMo shares a solid one with us in the form of his beat titled “Fresh Air.” A retro-tinged piece that everyone can bump their heads to. He has one mixtape under his belt titled 2012. He is currently working on his new experimental project The Star Room.

 

 Smoke Instrumentals – “Katon”

The producer who goes by the moniker Smoke Instrumentals crafts a vibrant piece titled “Katon.” He builds a heavy trap beat with lush synths and a low tone synth to match. There are some switch-ups here and there as well

RINZ. and Kindaweird delivers an awesome collaboration titled “Threads” that fuses their unique styles in a cohesive manner. Kindaweird employs a more synth-based style while RINZ. supplements with a more organic-based technique. Both sure go hand in hand and the result is a peaceful beat that is quite alluring and head-nodding as well.
