I would believe that Raven had a vision of her daughter being psychic but she didn’t want her kids to be burdened with her powers so she dressed up in a bunch of ridiculous costumes in the hopes of stopping that from happening, only to make it happen anyway in a self-fulfilling propecy type situation. Anyway, not many details have been released about Chelsea’s subplotprobably because nobody caresbut I like to think she’ll be teaching her kids how to perfect the art of being a sidekick. They’re also probably vegans. Unfortunately the actor who played Eddie, Orlando Brown, will not make a cameo due to his recent drug spiral. If you didn’t hear about it, don’t worry, it was far less publicized and interesting than, say, Lindsay Lohan’s. Although it did involve a bizarre rant on Kim Kardashian, Prince, and the devilso whatever Orlando was taking, it was probably the same shit Kanye’s on. Also he hit his girlfriend while they were parked in a police station parking lot with meth in the car so, you know what, I take it back, this story actually is kind of interesting…

So while we patiently wait for the season premier we have a couple of questions that need to be answered: Does Raven’s dad work in the Trump White House preparing overcooked steak? Did Cory fulfill his childhood dreams and hook up with Chelsea? Is he her ex-husband? Does Raven still work for Donna Cabonna? Will the Boyz N Motion have a reunion too? Great, now that song’s going to be stuck in my head all day. I can’t be mad, though. “Boyz, we are the Boyz N Motion / We give you our devotion”should have won a Grammy tbh. It’s Protazoa “Zoom Zoom Zoom” level good.
is set to begin production this month in LA and will premiere later this year. We don’t know all that much about the new show, but I think I speak for all of us when I say that I hope they do not try to touch the current political climate with a 10-foot pole. The last thing we need when trying to relive our glory days is Raven-Symon offending us with her half-baked opinions and even more half-baked beauty choices.
