How incredibly sad!
Stuntman Johann Ofner unexpectedly passed away after sustaining chest wounds from being shot with a prop gun on the set of a music video for Australian rap group Bliss N Eso. WTF?!

Just before the accident, the 28-year-old shared a photo of the “faulty props” to his Instagram story:
Scary!
The band’s management released a statement saying the gun had been loaded with blanks and not actual ammunition:
“Johann was tragically fatally injured when a prop gun was discharged as part of filming a scene in Bliss n Eso’s video clip. The gun was loaded with blanks, not live ammunition.”
Detective Tom Armitt told Seven News that an investigation is underway:
“During the filming [of the music video], several firearms were used … I can’t tell you whether they are live or real firearms … I can’t tell you the type of ammunition that were being used. That will be subject of the investigation.”

Meanwhile, the rap group released a statement expressing their condolences:
“The three of us are extremely upset and shaken up by this. Our hearts and prayers go out to the victim’s family and friends as well as the cast and crew who were involved in the clip today.”
We’re sure everyone involved is still reeling from the loss — especially Johann’s six-year-old daughter, Kyarna, and his girlfriend, Kati Garnett.
The model shared:
Today the love of my life was taken from me and I still can’t believe it. I don’t know what I’m going to do with out you, the best people are always taken from us you were a true Angel.
