Ogi feel the Beat shares a new set of instrumentals for your listening pleasure

By Tayo Odutola Word Is Bond

We got a new batch of releases from Ogi Feel The Beat so sit back and let’s dive right into it.

Right out the gate, we got this relaxing and somewhat nostalgic piece titled “Indija” where Ogi collaborates with ROP and DJ KALAUZ. The beat has an exotic feel to it and the layered sound design really makes it soulful in many ways.

The second beat “Random Fields” is a landscape-inspired piece that takes the listenr on an audio journey. The ethereal textures, moody strings, and pads really engulf the laidback drum arrangement and are a display of the versatility of Ogi. The beat is taken from the international compilation Take a Trip courtesy of the Label Cantroll.

“Smoke” is a beat that has a lofi, chillhop vibe. I like the dreamy textures, punchy drums, and sound effects that add that futuristic feel to it all. While the switch-ups ain’t much, the beat is still solid and grips the listener from start to finish.

“Smoke” is taken from the LP SEVERAL AMBITIONS.

The last piece we have here is “Kimono” which is inspired by the land of the rising sun and it’s a collaboration with El Irlandes from Ecuador. The production is very cinematic and scenic with its engulfing strings and multi-layered arrangements. I dig the hard-hitting drums as well. This is dope from start to finish.
