Kim Cattrall has signed off on Ellen DeGeneres replacing her in the Sex And The City franchise!!
As you may’ve seen, Sarah Jessica Parker JOKINGLY offered Ellen the role as the two discussed the Sex And The City 3 fiasco.
In case you forgot, towards the end of 2017, SJP confirmed that SATC 3 was dead in the ground. After reports indicated that Cattrall was to blame for killing the project with her rumored diva antics, the 61-year-old revealed that the “only ‘DEMAND’ [she] ever made was that [she] didn’t want to do a third film.”

And it seems the Mannequin actress is totally fine with another performer taking on the Samantha Jones role. As Sarah Jessica’s joke to Ellen made headlines, Kim took to Twitter and wrote:

While we LOVE Ellen, we doubt she’d ever be cast in the SATC franchise. We mean, we don’t think audiences will really take to her rendition of Samantha Jones.
