This isn’t Bad and Boujee… it’s just bad.

In January 2017, R&B singer iLoveMakonnen — famous for his song Tuesday featuring Drake — came out as gay on Twitter. While the response was overwhelmingly positive, not everyone was supportive of the 27-year-old’s big reveal.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, rap trio Migos weren’t exactly enthusiastic about the singer’s sexuality.

When writer Jonah Weiner brings up iLoveMakonnen’s name and the support he received on social media, Quavo from the group says:

“They supported him?”

Another member Offset said:

“That’s because the world is fucked up.”

Takeoff added:

“This world is not right.”

“We ain’t saying it’s nothing wrong with the gays.”

However, Quavo suggests that Makonnen’s sexuality undermines his credibility considering how “he first came out talking about trapping and selling Molly, doing all that.” He adds:

“That’s wack, bro.”

On Wednesday, after the interview was published, Migos issued an apology on social media:

Hopefully, the guys have learned from their mistake, and will think twice before they speak next time!
