Uncle Murda Drops "Rap Up 2019" & Tackles Nipsey Hussle, Drake, Kanye West, R. Kelly, 6ix9ine, Travis Scott & So Much More

As a remixed version of The Gap Band’s 1982 classic “Outstanding” played in the background, Uncle Murda unleashed his “Rap Up 2019.” Each year, Uncle Murda gives the world hip hop highlights from the previous 365 days, and he recently promised that this installment was coming. He shared on Instagram his displeasure with singer K. Michelle and her support of Tekashi 6ix9ine’s release, noting that he planned on adding her to “Rap Up 2019.”

Not only did Uncle Murda inject her name into his long list of names, but he also kicked off the whole thing beginning with her. He spoke about 6ix9ine and his baby mama Sara Molina, Nipsey Hussle’s tragic death, Bobby Smurda’s forthcoming release from jail, not wanting to Free Kodak, Juice WRLD not having a drug problem but only allegedly taking pills to hide them from federal agents, singer Tank’s fellatio controversy, the Power theme song, Drake getting booed while performing, the Popeye’s chicken sandwich craze, Kanye West using Jesus for money, Jussie Smollett’s alleged attack hoax, Jay Z partnering with the NFL, R. Kelly’s legal issues, Trump getting impeached, 21 Savage’s deportation woes, Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner’s breakup, Lil Nas X coming out as gay, and he even called Omarion’s baby mama Apryl Jones a “whore.” And that was just the first half.

The track comes in at a little over 10 minutes and is quite a lot of information to digest, but Uncle Murda made sure to put his spin on things. Give it a listen or two and let us know if he managed to recap everything.

Quotable Lyrics

Omarion’s baby mother a whore
She f*ckin’ Fizz so he kicked B2K off the tour (Blame Apryl)
I’m thinkin’ what the f*ck Imma say now
Drake got booed off stage by a gay crowd (Not Drake)
It was them Tyler, The Creator fans
He was on Flex show rappin’ ’bout f*ckin a man

Zion Williamson Reportedly To Make NBA Debut Next Month

The New Orleans Pelicans will get some much-needed help next month, according to The Athletic‘s Shams Charania. “I’m told both sides are hopeful of a January season debut for (Zion) Williamson,” he stated on Tuesday, giving Pelican fans some hope going into the New Year. Williamson suffered a torn meniscus in October. After surgery, his initial recovery time was slated at 6 to 8 weeks. Although that would have had him back in the game already, the Pelicans are reluctant to start the number one draft pick. Reportedly, the team has been working on the young athlete’s kinetic chain to reduce the chances of him re-injuring his knee in the future.

The Pelicans are currently 11-23, making them the second to last team in the Western Conference. Only the Golden State Warriors have a worse record, which is pretty astonishing within itself. It may be smarter for the team to sit Williamson for the rest of the season, get a nice draft pick, and start off the next season strong. That may not be what Pelicans fans want, but it may be better for the franchise overall. In the preseason before his injury, Williamson was averaging 23.3 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.5 steals. He was also shooting just over 71 percent across four exhibition games.

Zendaya Corrects Fan's Mother Who Misidentifies Her: "'I'm On Euphoria, Darling"

Parents approaching celebrities on behalf of their children always results in some hilarious and embarrassing scenarios. A video circulating of an encounter between a mother and Zendaya proves this.

An excited mom recognized Zendaya in a restaurant in Oakland, CA and asked to record a video for her son, who is supposedly a big Zendaya fan. “Hi Jordan! Guess who it is?!” exclaimed the mom, as her and Zendaya’s faces filmed the frame of the front camera. Turns out it was the mom who ended up guessing who it was, but guessed wrongly. “Your girl from the show, 13 Reasons!” the mom conjectured, referring to Netflix’s 13 Reasons Why. Zendaya quickly pointed out that she’s from another teen drama TV series. “Oh, I’m not on that show… I’m on Euphoria, darling,” she graciously explained to the older woman. Zendaya gets a good laugh out of the mix-up, while the mistaken mama turns the camera and says, “I’m sorry, I said the wrong show!” It’s hard to believe someone could not know who Zendaya is in 2019 when she’s one of the biggest stars in Hollywood, but we all make mistakes. The son shared the video that him “weak” on Twitter and it has since gone viral.
