Romeo Miller Says NBA YoungBoy Has A "Strong Presence" That Reminds Him Of Master P

The Millers have solidified themselves as a hip hop family whose name is imprinted in various industries. Master P has often spoken about the importance of investing in your future and often shares inspirational and motivational videos on social media. Romeo Miller has benefited from being the son of a philanthropic media mogul, and it's his belief that others in the industry can also profit off of mentorship from his father.Phillip Faraone/Getty ImagesRomeo recently chatted with Miss2Bees about his role in the film Game Day, and during their interview, the entertainer was asked about his meeting with NBA YoungBoy soon after the young rapper was released from prison. Both Master P and Romeo visited their fellow Louisiana native at his home, and while Romeo wouldn't give up details of their meeting, he did praise his father for encouraging the young artist."Certain things you have to keep to yourself," Romeo reportedly said. “But I would say this about NBA: People say he’s very controversial right? You go look at the Bible, anybody who had a big purpose was controversial. Because you may not understand from your perspective. Being around him he has a very strong presence, and to me if I’m being quite honest — I meet a lot of people — I haven’t met anyone with such a strong presence. It’s like I met a version of my dad to a certain extent. When my dad was able to tunnel his power and energy and use it to grow and for the positive. Especially coming from Louisiana we say, 'If you can survive Louisiana, you can survive anything.'""NBA has that same strong, leadership type presence but the thing is, are you gonna let the Devil take advantage? Are you gonna let God use you as a light? That’s what we talked about," Romeo added. "I told him [to] call my dad whenever you have a problem or down or have a bad day. Forget the business, and forget about — you know there was a lot of brand talk. He was tryna pick my father’s brain, but I told him as a brother [to] look at my pops as a dad. He’s a father figure I feel like a lot of people in this industry should use. This man came from nothing, made hundreds of millions out the gate. He’s a positive adapter."

Shay Mitchell Responds To Backlash After Partying With Drake Days After Giving Birth

Shay Mitchell and Matte Babel recently welcomed a baby girl into the world and while her exact birthdate is unknown, Shay made the official announcement on Instagram on October 20th. At the time, the Pretty Little Liars actress was congratulated by many but a few days later her congratulatory messages turned into some negative talk when people shamed her for attending Drake's birthday party.  The above photo sees Shay holding her daughter's hand with a caption that reads: "Never letting go." "...except when there’s a party to go to, right?! Disgusting...leaving your newborn only days after her birth," one user commented, while another added, “Mother of the year award right here!!!! As if you seriously could leave your baby to go party?!!! I hope the child’s aid look into this and your abilities to be a good parent cause damn!!! Lacking some serious skills there sweety! #selfish.”The 32-year-old, who clearly wasn't paying too much attention to the noise, did find time to come through with a response. “I haven’t been really checking my comments that often, but apparently people are really upset that I left three days after having a kid to go out and party. It wasn't three days and I left her with Angel, so,” she joked, referring to her dog. Allen Berezovsky/Getty Images

Yelawolf Drops Off His New Album "Ghetto Cowboy"

Few hip-hop artists are as daring with their musicality as Alabama’s Yelawolf. Not only has the man proven himself to be an upper-echelon rapper, but he’s also honed and developed a unique and wide-ranging style, with shades of punk, country music, and classic rock. In March, Yela felt compelled to destroy some 808s, and thus, Trunk Muzik 3 emerged as a result. Yet Catfish Billy has never been one to rest on his laurels. Enter Ghetto Cowboy, a more melodic offering than its predecessor, and the first chapter of Yela’s independent journey.

Now waving his Slumerican banner high, Yela’s latest finds him looking back to the days of Love Story, at least sonically. Plenty of guitar arrangements conjure a lush and uniquely local atmosphere, the likes of which only Yelawolf could conceivably pull off. Both his flow and his vocals are in fine form, a testament to his creative surge; all the right boxes get checked, from the hard-hitting “UNK” to the tense frustration of “Renegades.” Be sure to check out Ghetto Cowboy now, and show some love to Yelawolf for a job well done.

Seb.T is “The New King”

By teckzilla Word Is Bond

Birmingham, UK born Nigerian emcee Seb.T makes his way on our pages with his new track titled “The New King”. The track sees him looking back on his tough childhood which he feels made him who he is today over a minimalistic and ominous backdrop. He also raises the ante with a passionate flow and extensive wordplay that shows his versatility and excellent penmanship. Although the original concept of the song was to express how much his parents played in his growth, he decided to take it a step further by showcasing his talent as a true emcee.
Seb.T wrote this song following a conversation he had with his brother over dinner where they reminisced about how tough their parents were growing up. Seb.T is now set to release his E.P titled Disconnect which will be released in October.

Lil Nas X Amazingly Recreates Cam'ron's Iconic Pink Fur Outfit For Halloween

Few outfits are as iconic in the history of hip-hop music as Cam’ron’s pink fur coat and flip phone. The 43-year-old Dipset rapper will live on forever as a meme because of the outrageous outfit, which has cemented him as a fashion legend. Killa Cam is an incredible rapper but the younger generation knows him mostly because of his outlandish pink fur and, being the young artist that he is, Lil Nas X decided to pay homage to one of the living greats with a recreation of the moment, complete with a phone in his hand.

At first glance, you might even think that this is the original photo. That’s how perfectly Lil Nas X got this down. The “Panini” rapper came through with a headband, coat, flip phone, chains, white tee, and more to basically take the crown for this year’s “Best Costume” award. We’ve been keeping track of all the hottest Halloween fits but this one might just take the cake. Travis Scott dressed up as Allen Iverson and Wiz Khalifa took the opportunity to flex his new relationship. While LNX’s costume has been done before, his execution is damn-near flawless and we’ve got to give him props for that.

What do you think? Did he kill it?

Yung Miami's Newborn Dressed As A Mermaid For Halloween Is Too Cute

City Girls' Yung Miami welcomed her daughter Summer into the world a couple of weeks ago and among the congratulatory messages the rapper pulled in, she also got a lot of flack for one comment she made. "I’m convinced I have to be Chinese or Asian! My baby is everything!" she posted on Instagram after giving birth.Paras Griffin/Getty ImagesBy no surprise, a flood of comments came in by people calling her out for such a statement. "Black people always say this when their baby has small, squinty eyes. As if a newborn baby’s eyes are fully and permanently formed within days after birth," a Twitter user responded.  Now that that the reactions are all said and done, Yung has already got her little one in the Halloween spirit since she's dressed little Summer up as a colourful mermaid for her first spooky season. The image below shows Summer and her cute baby rolls in a single strapped dress. The "Twerk" rapper only showcased half of her baby's face sure not to show the world her baby in full just yet. In other Yung news, we recently posted about her front-row seat to one of Ella Mai's shows and her rendition to the singer's hit "Boo'd Up" is hilariously horrible - watch here.

The gruff-voiced emcee employs a dark ominous beat to drive home his warning as he proceeds to land haymakers on unsuspecting fake emcees in the game. Eminem’s legacy extends beyond music. Aside from boasting a legendary career, Em has quietly done his part in guiding his community’s youth. You may recall his role in The Verses project. Kevin Durant Reacts To Steph Curry's Devastating Hand Injury: Watch

Kevin Durant and Steph Curry were teammates for three years in Golden State so if anybody knows how much of an impact Curry has on that team, it would be KD. Last night, Curry ended up breaking his hand in a game against the Phoenix Suns and now, it is being reported that he could actually miss the next few months. The Warriors are already looking ahead to the draft and for now, the Warriors in a horrible predicament.

Seemingly at the perfect time, Durant was on ESPN’s First Take where he was asked about the injury. Durant compared Curry going down to his Achilles and said it was really tough to watch. KD also said it makes it even worse because Klay Thompson is injured as well.

“Luckily, it wasn’t anything more serious than that, especially seeing Klay [Thompson] out for the whole season and myself out for the whole year,” Durant said. “I’m sure he’ll be back playing again, but it was tough to see him just break his hand on TV. He’s been doing so much and the team is still transitioning and it’s a new group and a young group, so he’s trying to do so much. Having him out is going to be tough for them to sustain, so hopefully he gets back and gets healthy.”

Stay tuned for updates on Curry’s injury as we will make sure to bring you all of the latest information.
